Mattress Giant Corporation has partnered with journalist Cristina Saralegui and is releasing the Casa Cristina Mattress Collection. It will be exclusively distributed at all Mattress Giant Outlets.

Manufactured by Lady Americana mattress, the Casa Cristina line will currently include two models — the Encanto and the Esencia. The mattresses are hypoallergenic with cashmere, silk and bamboo materials. The Esencia is especially different as it contains aloe, which has antibacterial properties.

CRISTINA SARALEGUI is a 30-year veteran journalist who is recognized as one of the most influential role models for today’s Hispanic woman. In making the announcement, she said, “It is extremely gratifying that Casa Cristina(TM) has become a line of home furnishings whose style consumers have embraced and whose quality they trust. So it was natural to partner with Mattress Giant, one of the industry’s largest and most trusted retailers, to bring the Encanto and Esencia mattresses into the marketplace.”

This mattress chain is really proving to be a giant in the industry, as it opens two more new stores in the country. These new locations would have to be Mattress Giant’s 26th opening for this year alone, and the 360th for the whole company.

The two brances are located at Phillips Crossing shopping center at 8015 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819 and at Shoppes at Fry Road at 26321 Northwest Highway (290), Houston, TX 77429

Mattress Giant has a newly promoted VP of Merchandising. The mattress company has announced the promotion of Errol Lebowitz this week. Lebowitz joined the Mattress Giant last year, after the company acquired Mattress Expo. In his new role, Lebowitz will serve as contact for bedding manufacturers.
