Do you know how to dismantle and take your mattress apart? And why is it important that you should?

Per this video: 40 million mattresses end up in US landfills per year. They are difficult to dispose of because they are tough to break down, take up significant space, and damage landfill machinery. The component of a mattress are difficult to utilize. So, we need to invent more creative ways to reuse them. The first step in my investigation is dismantling a mattress.
