This doesn’t look anything like your ordinary mattress toppers because the Perfect Comfort™ Over the Mattress Comfort System has foam “springs” in between it. What that does is supposedly reduce the tendency for tossing and turning on the bed (a sign that one’s level of comfort isn’t fully realized). The topper moves to support the body as the user also moves.
