JC Penney is making it easier for shoppers to choose the mattress they want by coming up with a Mattress Comparison Chart. It features three categories of mattresses — firm, plush, pillow or euro top and outlines which one are best choices.

The chart carries only a few known brands like Sealy, Simmons, Serta and Spring Air though but at least it is a good way to help shoppers narrow down their choices.
