Radisson Hotel’s Sleep Number Beds
No doubt, you are already familiar with the ads for Sleep Number Beds, a gadget that lets you adjust the firmness or softness of a mattress based on what you require. It basically works just like a remote, and you just push the buttons to increase or decrease it. The Radisson Hotel chain makes use of this type of bed. In fact, its one of the hotel’s best features.

I have suffered with a Sleep Number bed for 6 years.
Here are some of my problems.
• If I make the mistake of sleeping on my stomach, it gives me a horrible back ache.
• It slides around on the foundation. They told me to apply double sided tape
• The sheets and blankets refuse to stay tucked in.
• The air pump unit has failed to hold air and had to be replaced twice.
• The plastic foundation broke in half and had to be replaced.
• The 30 year warranty is a joke. You have to pay a heavily prorated amount.
• They refused to allow me to upgrade, unless I buy a whole new mattress.
If anyone knows of a Class Action Law Suit, let me know.
