The Japanese think of everything, really! The futon originated from them and this time they’ve made it so much more advanced.

By putting programmable airbags, this futon mattress may be adjusted to the desired height and shape, based on how you sleep. The pads may be programmed to heat or cool down certain areas of the mattress like the feet part or the middle part. It may also be programmed to “wake you up” by lifting the area near your waist and shoulders.

This is one intelligent futon. It just lacks the ease of having wireless control.
