A small startup company is looking to raise money in order to produce their special brand of mattresses which should help curb bed sore problems. The company is looking to raise $100,000.

Called “Smart Surfaces”, it’s CEO Tim Moutafis says —

“We’re claiming it’s less expensive and more effective than what’s out there. This is a very special device and there’s a special need for it.”

There is apparently a huge market for this, Moutafis estimates.

There are mattresses similar to their idea but these types sells for plenty of thousands of dollars. While the Smart Surface mattress should retail to about $6,000 at the very least.
