Breathability: babies are very temperature sensitive and need a well-ventilated mattress so that they can easily regulate their temperature. Our mattresses allow a constant circulation of air, preventing your baby from overheating and allowing them to sleep safely and comfortably.
Non-allergenic: our mattresses are 100% non-allergenic. Dust mites, the main cause of allergies, cannot live in the organic coir or natural latex used in our mattresses. Our lambswool is treated with a plant extract, which renders it anti dust mite and our cotton covers are machine washable at 60°C, the required temperature to kill dust mites and bacteria.
Naturally fire retardant: we are the only UK mattress manufacturer to pass the British safety standards (BS EN597, BS 7177, BS 1877 Part 10) without using any chemical fire retardants. (Chemical fire retardants have been linked with skin allergies and respiratory problems.)
