This mattress is a p.o.s. I bought one a couple years ago which lasted about a year and a half and started literally coming apart at the seams. I replaced it with another one at a cost of $60 from Wal-Mart and it lasted a few weeks. It’s now coming apart. The seams down the center of the mattress split. I really hate waking up in the morning sunk into an air mattress! I weigh FAR less than what the mattress is rated at and use it indoors, so I would expect this to last a bit longer.
I’ve purchased three of the Ozark Trail Queen Size Raised Air Mattress and returned the last one to Walmart for and exchange and I’m about to return this one as well. These air mattresses aren’t worth the plastic they are made of. And I’m tired of spending my time and money on them. I use it indoors and I too weigh alot less than the weight it’s able to hold so it makes no since that it comes apart so quick. I think they need to either take them off the market or sale them for what they are worth which is $10-$15.
My ozark mattress is also used indoors and I too weigh far less than the weight limit. 3 nights ago I heard a loud pop, it sounded like a gun. In the morning my sister heard 2 loud pops. The mattress did not deflate instead it left larges bumps at the foot and on the top side of the mattress. Last night I heard 3 little pops and the foot bump is now a lot larger than yesterday. What could be going on here? I’m thinking maybe chambers have popped. Any suggestions on what I can do with this? It was also purchased at walmart.
