Check out this cool mattress-less bed!  (although we are about mattresses only, this is way too cool…)

The Ammique body suspension system does away with the traditional mattress using a suspension system of thousands of small capsules to support you instead. The system provides a bed free of allergens and is said to be the cleanest bed in the world.
