It’s Sleep Awareness Week!

sleep awareness Well, wouldn’t you know it! Sleep Awareness Week is being observed beginning today, March 1st until the end of the week.

We spend a good fraction of our lives in bed, so sleep is very much important to all of us. Sleep awareness begins with knowing what our body needs in order to rejuvenate and get a good night’s sleep.

Having the right sleep environment, with the right mattress, sheets and pillows is essential to good sleep, maybe this is the time to begin evaluating if what you have in your bed right now is still doing its work for you.
