This video story covers bed bug infestation in “decent American hotels” and talks to two people who’ve had bad experiences there.

The other alarming thing is, once a person leaves the hotel, he or she may have also been unaware that they’re packing the bed bugs with them and are bringing it into their own mattresses at home.
