The Headboard Adapter Kit ensures that Pottery Barn headboards will attach to your bed frame. The kit is not necessary if you have a standard metal bed frame with predrilled holes in the faceplate at 5.5″, 7″ and 9.5″ up from the floor.

Box spring frame comes in four sizes (Twin, Queen, King, California King) and ranges from $60.00-$85.00.
