Spring Air Lays Off Work Force
The Tampa based Spring Air mattress company is cutting back and putting 157 employees out on unemployment, as reported by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification this week.
Details of this have yet to be confirmed, as the company’s Tampa office has not answered the reports.
In 2007, the company merged with Consolidated Bedding Inc. and opened a $30 million production center in Durant, Oklahoma.
