Basic Low Platform Bed Design
I like the very basic look of this platform bed. It almost resembles Asian or Japanese homelife, except that it is made to fit into a contemporary or modern home. This used to sell quite well at West Elm especially since it’s under $500 only. But now the platform bed is already unavailable or out of stock. The only way to have something similar to this, is to make one yourself, with or without the headboard. Does it look like an easy bed to build?

Did you find a bed like this you liked? I’m not sure when you posted the question, since it wasn’t dated, and I stumbled upon it by accident while researching low-platform bed designs. But I am writing because I am a cabinetmaker (20 years in the business, semi-retired now working out of a shop in my garage), and I could make one for you I’m sure. I could make a knock down design that could be shipped and assembled easily at your place. Just thought I’d take a chance and do a little advertising
