Shopping for baby mattress is overwhelming, what with the thousands of products available. What suits your child is usually a matter of conscientious choice and personal preference. The bottomline should always be that baby gets to sleep comfortably.
Measure the baby’s crib before you order your mattress. If possible, measure the crib more than once, just to be accurate.
Consider a mattress that is already waterproof, for both the baby and your benefit. Waterproof mattresses are easier to clean.
Some mattresses have special features that help babies sleep better. You may also consider this but do your research about it. Some special features are great, but are not necessary.
