Affordable PBDE-free Ikea Mattress
0 Comments Published by Lilian August 13th, 2008 in MATTRESS Organic, MATTRESS Shopping.
PBDE-free means the absence of toxic and flammable chemicals likely found on many home items like carpets, couches, tv screens and mattresses. It was mostly used in foam furniture before studies in 2005 have proven how much widespread it affects the health of a person. Since then many foam mattresses are manufactured PBDE-free. And while foam mattresses aren’t considered truly organic, per se, those PBDE-free mattresses from Ikea are good and very affordable options.
Ikea’s PBDE-free foam mattresses are priced between $39.99 to 79.99. If one cannot splurge on a truly organic mattress but is very concerned for their health, this should really be a very good choice.

0 Comments Published by Lilian August 12th, 2008 in Interesting Mattress, MATTRESS Shopping, Memory Foam Mattress.A lot of consumers haven’t even began getting used to the idea of a NASA developed memory foam mattress and here we have this new tri-pedic mattress, which is supposedly an improvement of it.
Actually developed five years ago, the Tri-Pedic mattress features three layers memory foam mattresses carrying two different densities. The top most layer is softer and feels more plush while the bottom layer is firmer.
