Apparently, Keetsa, the mattress store with a blog site running on the same network as Mattresszine, has been featured in the TV talk show, The View, the other day. According to the Groovy Vegetarian, the women of The View were discussing about companies embracing the green concept using regular household items in their products, and that Keetsa green-tea mattress was one of their featured items.

Incidentally, the store just opened another branch in Fairfield, California. It’s the store’s 2nd in what? Less than 9 months? Congratulations, Keetsa!

“There is no best bed for everybody,” O’Hagan said the other day at the Mattress Barn store here, where he is the manager. “If there was, we wouldn’t need 50 beds on our floor.”

Night shifters and most call center networks keep the city bustling even after 10 PM that business operations still make good even at this hour. 1800mattress is going to capitalize on this beginning March 6th, when it opens its showroom doors to customers, without having to lock it ever. The mattress store will be in operation 24/7 in, ironically, the city that never sleeps.

The chain’s showrooms at 64th St. and Second Avenue, 95th St. and Third Avenue, and 34th St. and Ninth Avenue will remain open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, the company’s clearance center at 31-10 48th Avenue will also be open continuously.

The bedding retailer is launching the initiative during National Sleep Awareness week, and as part of the nationwide effort, will have medical sleep experts at each of the Manhattan showrooms to offer consumers advice on how to get a better nights sleep for 24-hours, beginning Thursday, March 6th at 10 p.m.
